Order & Preorder Policy
Preorder Deposits: To secure early access to ArcticEvermore, customers may place a $200 refundable deposit. This deposit guarantees a priority spot in our preorder queue.
Full Payment & Order Confirmation: Once the product is available for shipping, customers who have placed a deposit will receive an email notification to complete their purchase. Full payment must be made within 14 days of notification to retain priority status.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Preorder deposits are refundable until the product is ready for final purchase.
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Timeline: Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days once they are in stock and final payment has been received. Preorder customers will receive priority shipping.
Domestic & International Shipping: ArcticEvermore currently ships to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply for international orders.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
Returns & Warranty Policy
We stand by our technology—and we respect your investment.
Returns:
You may return unused, unopened ArcticEvermore units within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
Once installed or used, systems are no longer eligible for return unless covered by warranty.
Warranty:
Every ArcticEvermore system is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This includes issues arising from materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation by an outside party, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact our support team with your proof of purchase. We’ll take it from there.
